Your personalized one hour experience will take place in Sedona at my studio or via Zoom or other virtual platform.
Preparation: We will have a telephone call prior to the virtual session or meet in person at the beginning of your studio session. I will have initiated a brief meditation before our time together to obtain the first notes of your song. If I am given a message for you, I will write it down and share the message with you before we begin.
Deep Relaxation and Presencing: Whether in the reclining chair at my studio or in the solace of your own home, you will find a comfortable position in which to lie down and take in this experience. You will first experience a Reiki* session where you relax and receive energy to balance your body’s energy field and energy centers. This experience will help you enter a deep state of relaxation and peacefulness. Some people say that they “sink down” as their bodies become heavy and they let go of their thoughts and feelings and drift off. You may see colors, feel focused energy or heat in different parts of your body or simply find yourself letting go of stress or anxiety or a racing mind and easing into peaceful presence.
Awakening the Subconscious and Sacred: From this relaxed place, you will likely enter a state of inner awareness and stream of consciousness, as you take in the individually selected sounds and rhythms from many cultures across time that will help awaken your own memories and inner vision.
Receiving the Frequency of Love: From a place of deep presence, relaxation and inner awareness you will then receive your own Soul Song that I will create and record in the moment on the piano. Both you and I will have received the support and guidance needed for me to create a song that will resonate with your soul so that you experience the frequency of love that surrounds you. You may be “out” and unaware of the experience or you may have “snap shots” of your past or feel like you are journeying through time. Each person’s experience is unique.
Receiving your Soul Song After the song is finished and you are still in a deep state of relaxation, I will play back the recording of your song for you to take in a second time. It is not uncommon for people to hear their song differently from their initial experience.
Debriefing of your Experience: You will have time to take in this experience and talk about it if you want to. You will also receive a written reflection guide to help you in fully integrating your experience.
Frequency Recalibration You will receive an MP3 recording of your Soul Song by email that you can then download to your phone or computer. Listening to your Soul Song and the accompanying sound frequencies will help you retain the experience AND return to the vibrational frequencies that you experienced during your session such as peace, expanded awareness and love
